Salami Chips and MCT//143® My Dip

Ingredients

  • 12 oz. package of thinly sliced salami.

Instructions

  1. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place salami in a single layer.
  3. Bake at 325º F for 10 minutes.
  4. Turn over and bake another 10 minutes.
  5. Let cool and serve with your favorite keto dip.

Prüvit HOT Love Dip

  • 1 Packet of MCT//143®
  • 1 cup of sharp shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup of mild shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 jalapeño peppers seeded and diced
  • 4 oz. jar pimentos, drained
  • 1/4 Onion powder
  • 1/4 Garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a bowl and combine well
  2. Transfer to a serving dish and enjoy!

Cowboy MCT//143® Dip

  • 1 Packet of MCT//143®
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried chives
  • 1/2 teaspoon parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon dill
  • 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powdered
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a bowl and combine well.
  2. Transfer to a serving dish and enjoy!
